TERMS OF SERVICE:
By commissioning me you pay for my style, i don't recreate other artists artstyle.You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.)There may be differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.The client agrees to maintain regular communication with the artist throughout the project, including providing feedback and answering any questions the artist may have.You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale)You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”You will receive a full resolution digital file which will be delivered through email/discord/google drive.I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.The use of NFT is strictly prohibited.Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.!IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO COMMISSION ME FOR COMMERCIAL USE LET ME KNOW!
Commercial use will be discussed with me.
I will charge extra for commercial use.
NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST:
If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
PAYMENT:
All prices are in USD.
The client has the right to cancel the project within 24 hours before i started coloring. If the cancellation is made after this time period, any payments made to the artist will not be refunded.
If i drew the sketch, sent it and client asks for refund, i will take 25% of the payment that was sent to me.
If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
I receive 100% payment immediately, first, without deposits.
I receive payment only through PayPal for now.

DEADLINE:
The project should be completed within around a week of the project's start date. The client agrees to provide regular feedback and make necessary resources available to the artist to ensure timely completion of the project. In the event of delays beyond the artist's control, the client agrees to extend the deadline accordingly.
I DO NOT DRAW:
NSFW, mecha, full armor, furry, elderly, babies.
I'm less confident in dynamic poses and drawing any type of complicated creatures, animals and magic.
